The X.LIFETOUR shell is made from ultra-lightweight and highly impact-resistant X-PRO carbon fiber. This next-generation technology, which combines aerospace expertise with 3K carbon, results in a composite construction that is lighter, stronger and safer – setting a new standard for safety. In addition, an intermediate version is also available in NEXX’s X-Matrix 2 multi-composite fiber. Both versions are available in two shell sizes.

Enhance your journey with silence. X.LIFETOUR features an advanced soundproofing design that includes vortex generators in the chin to minimize aerodynamic drag and the innovative Silent Travel Seal – a double rubber seal around the visor and mask closure area, providing superior sound insulation.

Additionally, the integrated cheek pads and neck roll with Anti-Noise technology are designed to deflect wind and reduce intrusive noise.

All this, refined by X-Mart Dry technology – a specially treated fabric that dries twice as fast as cotton.

Developed with a three-dimensional design to perfectly fit the contour of the head, highlights include the anti-noise cheek pads, the Morphofit shape that ensures a personalized fit on the cheeks, and the seamless lining with multi-channel ventilation, providing efficient airflow distribution and exceptional comfort for the user.

Complementing the innovation, the new Air Cumbs system ensures superior ventilation inside. The crown padding on the inside is stitched with a unique honeycomb mesh, forming a cooling air chamber between the padding and the EPS liner.

At the forefront of innovation is the new Mid-Airflow Chamber, a patented process system that creates a storage space between the inner and outer layers of EPS. This innovative system promotes rapid circulation of cool air around the head, while efficiently venting hot air through the rear exhaust ports.

The X.LIFETOUR is packed with state-of-the-art safety features.

Each locking component, from the micrometric latch to the chin bar opening system, is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel or specialized aluminum. With an easy-access button and a safety mechanism against accidental opening, the chin bar opens safely.

In addition, the Super Locker pivot system ensures a firm locking when the chin bar is raised: P/J approved.
