- Return window: We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received the product.
- Product condition: The product must be in new, unused condition, with all tags and in its original packaging.
3. Return Process
To start a return, follow the steps below:

- Wait for approval: You will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions to proceed with the return.
- Ship the product: Send the product to the address provided in the confirmation email. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Return Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
5. Refund
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
6. Exceptions
- Helmets: Helmets are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
